1. About the service and its current operation
PRSMM is a service for ordering social media services. Ordering is available for services with an active order button. Other catalog items may be temporarily unavailable. Contact the administration about services and payments at admin@prsmm.pro.
2. Account and access
Provide a valid email address and accurate information, and keep your password and API keys private. Do not use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for actions taken in your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, end other sessions and contact support.
3. Selecting and placing an order
Before confirming, check the platform, service type, public link, quantity and total price. Link, volume, speed and refill requirements are defined in the selected service description. Confirmed order terms are saved; catalog changes alone do not change an already confirmed quote.
4. Ordering without registration
When you order without registering, we save your email, order and a separate balance. A one-time email link lets you verify your email, set a password and activate an account. If an account already exists, sign in and confirm linking. Your order, conversation and remaining funds will become available in your account. The standard private order link does not verify email ownership and stops working after linking. You do not need to activate an account to request a refund to the original payment method: contact support.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service only for content you are authorized to work with and follow the relevant platforms' rules. Unauthorized access, fraud, spam, infringement of others' rights and attempts to disrupt the panel are prohibited. Your social media password is not required to order.
6. Prices and balance
Amounts in the interface are calculated in rubles. The total price is displayed before confirmation. Holds, charges and refunds are shown separately in balance history. Test funds are not real money and cannot be withdrawn.
7. Delivery and limitations
Accepted means the order has been registered in the panel. Estimated times do not guarantee an exact completion time. Social networks independently change their rules and counters. PRSMM does not promise the absence of drops or blocks, particular rankings, sales or organic reach. Refill applies only when included in the service terms.
8. Disputes
If the submission result is unknown, the order is sent for review. Do not duplicate it until the result is clarified. For an incorrect link, changed access to a post or a disputed result, send the order number and a description through support. Refund rules are available on a separate page.
9. Changes to the terms and contact
The revision date is shown on this page. New terms apply to subsequent use of the service; they do not override confirmed order terms or mandatory user rights. Requests are accepted through Support in your account. The main PRSMM administration contact is admin@prsmm.pro.
